Terms of Service

By accessing or using GRC Armor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

GRC Armor provides a cloud-based governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) automation platform. The Service includes compliance framework management, evidence collection, policy management, risk tracking, auditor collaboration tools, and related features as described on our website and in your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Upload malware, harmful code, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy (30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on renewal.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

GRC Armor retains all rights to the Service, including software, frameworks, templates, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRC ARMOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

GRC Armor is a compliance management tool and does not constitute legal, audit, or professional advice. Certification outcomes depend on your organization's implementation and auditor judgment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it may be deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
